BBC MUSIC STUDIOS STRATFORD
We are pleased to be carrying out the full mechanical and public health shell and core project for our client, IMTECH. On this state of the art facility in the heart of a vibrant new cultural quarter in Londons Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Installed the complete public heath fit out of all floors excluding L1 and L2 to the 15 storey office building for Michael J Lonsdale.
SOUTHBANK PLACE
Installed the basement infrastructure for the mixed use of residential and commercial redevelopment serving 5 residential towers and 2 commercial buildings for NGB.
BRIGHTON 3 T's HOSPITAL
Installed the soil vent, non-siphonic rainwater, surface water pumped draining at the £420m redevelopment for Laing O'Rourke.
HANOVER SQUARE
We are undertook the complete shell and core on all public health, inclusive of cast iron SVP and RWP along with copper domestic systems on behalf of Michael J Lonsdale.
ROSE COURT
We undertook the full public health package inclusive of toilet fit out and on floor condensate across 11 floors. This building is totally stripped back to its concrete shell prior to the new install taking place.
8 BISHOPSGATE
We are delighted installing the complete shell and core public health package on this project for our long standing client MJL. This project will consist of 52 floors of public health services comprising of high and low pressure systems and full drainage and SVP systems.

We are delighted to be carrying out the full shell and core public health installation of the 17 storey office block addition to London Victoria's Nova development for MJL.
PENINSULA HOTEL
We are pleased have carried out the complete drainage and domestic shell and core install from ground floor up for our long standing client, MJL. On this soon to be one of Londons most luxurious hotels, we are also undertaking the complete drainage fit out within the hotel rooms themselves and cant wait to see this through to completion.
NINE ELMS
We are carrying out the shell and core drainage package for the complete basements and ground floor areas for building E, F & G and the complete shell and core drainage for building G at Londons most sought-after address for H E SIMM.

IMPERIAL COLLEGE
Installed the public health, soil vent, rainwater and surface water pumped drains at the £900k development of a new laboratory facility within an existing 12 storey building for Michael J Lonsdale.

We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with ESG Plc on this project. We undertook the full public health package inclusive of toilet fit out across 13 floors refreshing an early 2000's building redevelopment.
20 FENCHURCH ST
Installing the complete Shell and Core Drainage package at the "Walkie Talkie" Project on behalf of NG Bailey.
Fitzpatrick Mechanical Services have completed a number of high profile projects including the redevelopment of the Old Highbury football stadium in London, where we supplied services to 740 apartments at Highbury Square.
We have also successfully completed a £1.5 million contract at Great Ormond Street Hospital, our teams supplied all services to a new eight storey wing of the hospital during their £63 million redevelopment phase.
